The name is derived from our location, in the picturesque kingdom of Fife in Scotland. Our cheese manufacturing sites are merely a stone's throw from Edinburgh located, across the Firth of Forth and its famous Forth Road and Railway Bridges.
As one of Scotland's premier cheese suppliers and dairy businesses, Kingdom has two distinctly different operations on two sites that are immediately adjacent to each other.
Our Kingdom Cheese factory supplies mainly foodservice wholesalers and pizza chains within the Pizza Sector in the UK, Ireland and Europe with Mozzarella Cheese, Cheddar mixes and analogue blends in shredded, grated and diced formats.
Kingdom Dairy is an extremely diverse dairy manufacturing business. Our customers include major supermarket chains, foodservice wholesalers and food manufacturers. We make cottage cheese, soft cheese and cultured creams such as Soured Cream and Crème Fraiche. Both Kingdom Cheese and Kingdom Dairy are fully accredited BRC Grade A factories. We are an independent cheese supplier and manufacturers group, with a small, but highly experienced management team.
