Those of us associated with Kingdom Cheese Company can honestly claim to have been around the pizza industry and the cheddar cheese making and production since its earliest beginnings in the early 1970’s.
Our cheese making and production of cheddar and mozzarella has been perfected over the years to the highest standard. Additionally we have been involved in setting up the UK’s first mozzarella factory. Over the years other plants have been as pizza took off as a mainstream fast food in the UK and Europe and therefore the demand for mozzarella and cheddar cheeses increased. In 1992 Kingdom Cheese opened its doors as an independent pizza cheese supplier more focused on product variety and bespoke production of cheddar and mozzarella cheese rather than high volume” large customers only” style of operation.

The management at Kingdom remains unchanged to this day, and is still as enthusiastic and dedicated as ever, if a little greyer around the temples! When we say “No one knows mozzarella better”, we mean it!!
